
If you're an existing marketing client working with us on a Growth or Kickstarter custom campaign, then the fastest way to receive support is to email your Gro Consultant directly. As marketing clients, you will receive priority support for your requests. Optionally, you can also open up a support ticket here, but we strongly encourage emailing your Gro Consultant directly.
To open a support ticket, please click here. Once your ticket is opened, you'll receive an email and SMS confirmation. We try to respond to all support requests within 72 hours. You'll receive a notification when your support ticket is being reviewed and another update when your ticket is resolved. We appreciate your patience as response times may vary.
You can view all invoices, contracts, and training tutorials under your Gro.Inc Account Dashboard. If you have any questions relating to finances or billing, this is the best place to find everything.
If you're not a marketing client but a CRM Software subscriber with support questions, there are several channels to receive support. The best, and most comprehensive way is to log in to your Gro.Inc CRM account and use the Black "G" support widget on the lower right side of your account. When chatting, just type "agent" to access one of our team members. We can answer any question and even provide a Loom video to help you out. We have also provided multiple training videos and a detailed knowledge base to help you master our software.
